平素よりTHE GREY ROOMをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

永く在り続けるために生まれる場所もあれば、その先の何かへ繋がるために生まれる場所もある。
THE GREY ROOMは、後者でした。
2025年5月末をもちまして、THE GREY ROOMは営業を終了いたします。

けれど、それは悲しい終わりではなく、
この場所へ足を運んでくださったすべての皆さまへの、深い感謝とともに迎える節目です。

一杯のドリンクを片手に過ごした時間。
夜更けまで続いた会話。
この空間で共有した感覚や空気。

THE GREY ROOMが目指していたのは、
単なる“バー”ではありませんでした。

香り、温度、音、質感、余白。
そうした目に見えないものまで含めて体験をつくること。
そして、インドという感性を、東京という街で新しい形へ昇華すること。

その想いは、ここで終わることはありません。

THE GREY ROOMで生まれたすべては、
これからSPICE LAB TOKYOへと受け継がれていきます。

より深く、より洗練され、
さらに大胆な次のフェーズへ。

THE GREY ROOMの記憶は、過去になるのではなく、
これから始まる物語の土台になっていきます。

THE GREY ROOM was always the latter.

At the end of May 2025, we close these doors — not with sadness, but with deep gratitude for every person who found their way here. For every drink lingered over, every conversation that stretched into the night, and every moment shared within these walls.

What we built here was never just a bar.
It was a space shaped by atmosphere, aroma, sound, texture, and feeling — a different expression of Indian sensibility in Tokyo.

That spirit does not end here.

Everything born at THE GREY ROOM now lives on through SPICE LAB TOKYO as we move into our next chapter — deeper, more refined, and more ambitious than ever before.

The legacy of THE GREY ROOM is not a memory.
It is the foundation of what comes next.
